⚓ MarinerPro™

1. Product & Pricing Overview

MarinerPro™ offers a free base tier. Users may upgrade to access premium features and telecom services. Pricing is displayed within the app in INR or USD.

• Premium Subscriptions: Unrestricted access to IMO circulars, ad-free live stock tracking, and unlimited offline audio downloads.
• Global Connect (Telecom): Digital eSIM data packages and Global roaming physical SIM cards delivered to port agents or residential addresses.

2. General Application Use & "As-Is" Provision

The application is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• Offline Usage & Connectivity: Seafarers operate in low-connectivity environments. Cached data may become outdated. MarinerPro™ accepts no liability for operational delays, compliance failures, or decisions made relying on outdated offline data.
• Not Professional Advice: Financial tracking tools and Health/Wellbeing modules are for informational purposes only and do not substitute for licensed broker advice or professional medical therapy.

3. AI Capabilities & Data Metering

• Operational Safety: AI tools used in this app must never be used for safety-critical vessel communications or as a replacement for official OEM manuals and the vessel’s Safety Management System (SMS).
• Data Consumption Tracking: The in-app data meter exclusively tracks data routed through our internal infrastructure. It is an estimation and excludes traffic routed outside the application’s native environment (e.g., external links, downloaded PDFs).

4. Privacy Policy & Cloud Data Sync

• Data Collection & Infrastructure: We securely store user IDs, encrypted tokens, and app preferences using Google Firebase and Cloudflare Edge Infrastructure to maintain session states and legal audit trails.
• Data Principal Rights (DPDP / GDPR): You retain full ownership of your personal data. You may permanently purge your user profile, authentication records, and cached tokens instantly at any time using the in-app "Delete My Account" control.
• Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal data, wishlists, or app usage metrics to third-party marketing agencies.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Refunds

• Digital Delivery: Premium upgrades and eSIM profiles are typically activated instantly within the app upon successful payment confirmation. In the event of network or processing delays, please allow a buffer of up to 2 to 3 business days for full activation. No physical shipping is required for these items.
• Physical Delivery: Physical SIM cards are processed within 2-3 business days, with standard delivery timelines of 3-10 business days.
• Refunds & Cancellations: You may cancel Premium subscriptions via your account settings. Due to the digital nature of our offline databases, recurring subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability & Contact Details

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarinerPro™ shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application.
